Ingredients:
500 g of Sweet Mix Molino Filippini
150 g of butter
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar (45 g)
4 whole eggs (324 g)
5 tablespoons of milk (100 ml)
Method:
Add 150 g of butter (or gluten-free margarine) melted in a bain-marie, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar (45 g), 4 whole eggs (324 g), and 5 tablespoons of milk (100 ml) to 500 g of preparation. Mix everything with a whisk or a wooden spoon for about 3 minutes. Pour the mixture into an oven mold and cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 ° C. Once the cake is taken out of the oven, let it cool and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
