RECIPE FOR BREAD MACHINE:
Prepare 10 g of yeast and dissolve it in 275 ml of warm water, once well dissolved, add 10 g of oil. Put everything in the special container of the bread machine, add 250 g of gluten-free white bread mix, mix quickly with a spatula so that all the powders are wetted by the water. Set the cooking cycle of the gluten-free bread. If necessary, help the mixing with the spatula.
RECIPE FOR TRADITIONAL OVEN:
Dissolve 25 g of yeast in 150 ml of water, once well dissolved add 10 g of oil. Add 250 g of gluten-free white bread mix and mix. Once the dough is formed, divide it in half and form two rolls, leave to rise for 2 hours, possibly covering the rolls with a cloth. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30/35 minutes. At the end of cooking, wait a few minutes before cutting the bread into slices.
