Extrafine rice flour*, corn starch*, tapioca starch*, sugar*, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator: potassium tartrates (*organic)

Ingredients:
250g of organic bread mix
190g of warm water
25g of extra virgin olive oil (5 tablespoons)
25g fresh yeast
2g of sugar.
Method:
Dissolve the yeast in a little of the warm water and add the sugar. Stir and leave to rest for 5 minutes, add the dissolved yeast, the oil and the rest of the water to the bread mix and knead vigorously until smooth. Put the mix in a rectangular bread tin with a 20 cm x 10 cm base, smoothing down with a spatula, then cover with plastic wrap, greasing the side facing the mix, and leave it to rise for 35 minutes in a warm place. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 60 minutes, Ideal also for the bread machine. Follow the recipe instructions for gluten-free bread.
