Recipe method
Recipe for Pea and Onion Flour Focaccia:
Cut two onions into rings and put them in a pan with two tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt until they get soft and let them cool. Meanwhile, in a bowl, dissolve 10 g of brewer's yeast in 200 ml of water and leave the yeast to act for 5 minutes. Add 300 g of organic green pea flour, mix well, and pour slowly 100 ml of sunflower oil. Add a pinch of salt and 200 ml of water while continuing to mix until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Now add the onions and mix the mixture well. Pour the mixture into a 30x20 square pan lined with oven paper and let it rest for 1 hour. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
