Recipe method
Red Lentil Cookies Recipe:
In a bowl, mix 200 g of organic red lentil flour, 130 g of almond flour, and add the zest of an orange, 1 tablespoon of yeast, and 70 g of corn oil and mix. Add 100 g of sugar and 120 g of water pouring it a little at a time. Mix everything into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Take the dough, roll out a 1 cm high sheet and carve it with molds. Bake the biscuits at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
