Recipe method
Recipe for chickpea crepes with gluten-free ham and cheese:
In a bowl, pour 800 ml of water, 350 g of chickpea flour, and a pinch of salt. Work the mixture until you get a thick and homogeneous batter. Let the batter rest for a few minutes, in the meantime heat a pan with a few drops of oil on the stove. Once hot, make the crepes. Fill the crepes with ham and cheese and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with oil and leave to brown in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
