Let's start the day with a healthy breakfast
24-06-2020Many experts argue that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We certainly think that it is a great way to start it in health and well-being. Because who starts well is halfway through the work. Thus, here we go some simple tips for an excellent and healthy breakfast!
Balanced: to avoid an excessive impact on blood sugar, both to remove possible long-term repercussions on our health and to prevent hunger a few hours later (a sensation that leads to researching sugars again and creating what is called the metabolic loop).
Moisturizing and rich in vitamins: excellent fruit, especially whole and with the peel.
Satiating: therefore rich in complex carbohydrates: instead of the classic white bread, you can choose rye bread that has a very low glycemic index or cereals such as Buckwheat.
Sugar-free: like our Oat Flakes or our Puffed Rice.
