100 gr of Puffed Rice Molino Filippini

75 gr of milk chocolate

25 gr of butter


In a thick-bottomed saucepan, melt the chocolate with the butter, stirring it until it is completely melted. Then, remove from the heat and add the puffed rice little by little, stirring until the rice and chocolate are perfectly blended. Put the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure that the thickness does not exceed 2 cm (in order not to risk making the bars crumble). Refrigerate for 2 hours and once cool, cut into rectangles
