Recipe method
Recipe for polenta (5/6) people:
Bring 2 liters of water to the boil in a pot. Add salt and add slowly 500 g of Wholemeal Corn Flour avoiding creating clumps. Cook it for about 45 minutes, stirring regularly. Serve it hot.
