Recipe method

Ingredients for 5 people:
1 pack prepared Sciatt Molino Filippini
300 g of water
200 g of semi-fat cheese (we recommend VALTELLINA CASERA D.O.P.)
Salt to taste,
Frying oil.
Method:
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the water and salt. Knead until the dough is not too soft. Cut the cheese into small cubes of about 1.5 cm per side and dip them in the batter. Meanwhile, bring the oil to a temperature of 175 ° / 180 °. With a spoon, take one cube of cheese at a time, make sure it is well covered with batter and let it fall into the boiling oil. Brown the Sciatt in oil and drain with a slotted spoon, placing them on a sheet of absorbent kitchen paper. Serve hot accompanied by thinly sliced fresh chicory. Also excellent heated in the traditional oven at 220 ° / 240 °
