Recipe method
Polenta recipe:
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt and add slowly 500 g of flour avoiding to create clumps. Cook it for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. At the end of cooking, always keeping the polenta on the fire, add 150 g of butter and 150 g of semi-fat cheese to taste, stirring for a few more minutes. Serve it hot.
